LC and the blog

Bri at one of my daily reads, D E S I G N L O V E F E S T, just informed me of Lauren Conrad of The Hills teaming up with other beauty whizes for a new blog called The Beauty Department.

 They already have a great how-to up and I had to share. I literally am thinking of going out and getting a curling iron right now and trying this myself. So romantic and sweet!
