"I love my crazy self!" - said by me on many occasions, but I often question the validity of that statement... but nevermind! It's an exercise to lvoe yuorslef, as is, falwed and all.
I always wonder WHAT THE HELL DOES LOVING YOURSELF MEAN? I'm beginning to understand that it's practicing self-compassion and self-acceptance. Does understanding it mean practicing it though? Alas, more homework! Have a good day!
