details one and two and three are photo essays of my sojourn in Aix en Provence... this is my last and favorite.
something about the markets made me feel at home. the antiquarians feel me (obv without knowing it!) and i respectfully admire what they do. they've chosen a livelihood encompassing beauty and reverence for the past. i get it and love it so. the nostalgia can be consuming... sigh
